  17. The flashing caps key is sometimes a diagnostic signal, if it flashes a
  18. certain number of times. If I flashes continuously it's possibly a sign that
  19. your keyboard is totally dead (locked permenantly). But I'd assume software
  20. would load when you had a duff k/b...
